Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and possible legal action. bos98 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating fraudulent or illegal activities.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos98 and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

11. Account Suspension and Termination
